Registration Fee

JPY 15,000.

Payment Method

Payment should be made only on site. We only accept cash in JPY.

Visa application

Participants from particular countries must have a visa issued by Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals in their countries. Please contact your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals to check if the visa is required. It could sometimes take more than a month to obtain a visa. For general information on visas, please visit the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs website at:

The Secretariat can issue a letter of invitation and necessary documents upon request to those who need a visa.
Notes:
1) The letter of invitation for VISA application does not provide any financial support.
2) Participants must bear all expenses related to obtaining a visa.

Insurance

The organizing committee does not assume any responsibility for accidents or damage to the private property of participants. We recommend making arrangements for health insurance or any other necessary insurance(s) by yourself.
